Q: Can my group eat on campus?
A: Yes - Group tours are encouraged to have meals at the Islander Dining Hall for an all-you-care-to-eat option or request catered meals. This is dependent on the availability of the Islander Dining Hall or if space is available on campus for your group to eat. Please provide all request to the group tour coordinator. Large groups are not allowed to have meals in the eateries located around campus.
Q: How long do group tours last?
A: A group tour is approximately 45 to 60 minutes long. Depending on your requests, group visits can last up to 2 hours.
Q: Can I bring off-campus meals for my students to eat on campus?
A: Please complete a Food Exemption Form and include this in your email request. The Office of University Services will review your request and determine if you can bring off-campus food to campus. If space cannot be secured on campus for your group to eat, you may have to find an alternative location.
Q: Can my students have an admissions presentation or tour special facilities (ex. housing)?
A: This is dependent on the availability of professional staff and if space is available on campus.
Q: Can I bring a group to Island Day?
A: Yes! We accommodate high school students (only juniors and seniors in the spring semesters) at Island Day. Please email islandday@tamucc.edu with your request.

If you arrive late, your campus tour may be shortened or we may not be able to accommodate your groups as we rely on student volunteers that are available to provide tours around their class schedules.
